In recent years, there have been multiple reports of mobile batteries causing smoke or fire incidents, both domestically and internationally. In order to ensure the safety of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following precautions:

・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries inside the guest room while you are not present.
・When charging, avoid placing batteries near windows with direct sunlight or on flammable surfaces such as beds or sheets.
・For your safety, please refrain from using mobile batteries while sleeping and ensure that they are being charged in a visible and safe location.

To maintain a safe environment, should our housekeeping team observe any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may unplug the battery or move it to a safer location. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
