現在、当ホテル温泉付き客室でご提供しております「嵐山温泉」につきまして、供給元の汲上ポンプの故障により温泉水の供給が停止しております。復旧までの間、客室の浴槽には沸かし湯をご用意させていただきます。楽しみにしていただいておりましたお客様には、心よりお詫び申し上げます。 
 
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご滞在が快適なものとなりますようスタッフ一同努めてまいりますので、何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。また、復旧の際には、改めて当公式ホームページにてご案内申し上げます。

Due to a malfunction of the source pump, the supply of natural hot spring water for our “Arashiyama Onsen” guest rooms has been temporarily suspended. Until the system is restored, regular heated water will be provided in the in-room baths. We deeply apologize to guests who were looking forward to enjoying the hot spring.
