平素より翠嵐 ラグジュアリーコレクションホテル 京都をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当ホテルでは、歴史的建造物であるレストラン「京 翠嵐」および「茶寮 八翠」の趣を未来へ受け継ぎ、これからもより快適で心地よい空間をご提供するため、改修工事を実施いたします。
工事期間中もホテルは通常どおり営業いたしますが、一部施設の営業内容を下記のとおり変更いたします。

■ 対象期間
2026年12月1日（火）～2027年2月28日（日）
※2027年3月1日（月）より通常営業を予定しております。

■ 営業内容
レストラン「京 翠嵐」
通常どおり営業いたします。
なお、工事内容により営業内容を一部変更する場合がございます。その際は、改めてご案内いたします。

「茶寮 八翠」
改修工事に伴い、一時休業いたします。
・「嵐山ディライト」はホテルロビー横、宴会場「茜」にて通常どおりご提供いたします。
・営業再開後の「茶寮 八翠」は、休業期間中もご予約いただけます。
・期間中は、「茶寮 八翠」のメニューの提供を休止いたします。

お客様にはご不便をお掛けいたしますが、歴史ある建物の趣を大切に守るための取り組みとして、何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
 

Thank you for your continued patronage of Suiran, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kyoto.
To preserve the character and heritage of Restaurant "Kyo-Suiran" and Café Hassui for future generations, while continuing to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment, restoration work will be carried out at these historic buildings.
The hotel will remain open as usual throughout the restoration period; however, operations at certain facilities will be temporarily adjusted as outlined below.

■ Restoration Period
December 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027
*Normal operations are scheduled to resume on March 1, 2027.

■ Operations During the Restoration Period
Restaurant "Kyo-Suiran"
Restaurant "Kyo-Suiran" will remain open as usual.
Please note that certain aspects of its operations may be subject to change depending on the restoration work. Any changes will be announced accordingly.

Café Hassui
Café Hassui will be temporarily closed during the restoration period.
･ "Arashiyama Delight" will continue to be offered as usual at Banquet Room "Akane", located next to the hotel lobby.
･Reservations for Café Hassui following its reopening may still be made during the closure period.
･The Café Hassui menu will not be available during the closure period.
